Police Scanner Radio & Fire Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Police Scanner Radio & Fire mobile application (the "Service") operated by GordonEdwards.net LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). The service offers auto renewing Subscription as an in app purchase.  If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each subscription period.  Available subscription periods are monthly and yearly.  If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so in iTunes Store -> Apple ID -> View Apple ID -> Subscriptions  

Content

Our Service allows you to submit user reports on current events happening on the feed streams. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are submitting accurate reports.
• You agree not to use the report feature to promote any specific feed.
• You agree not to use the report feature in such a way as to intentionally cause harm to the Service.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to ban user accounts that misuse the reporting feature.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to remove or modify reports that are believed to false or violate the terms of use.

Scanner Radio offers a feature which allows you to create audio recordings from the Scanner Radio app and share them publicly within the app. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:

• Any clip created and shared via Scanner Radio's clips feature is the sole property of Scanner Radio.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to use any clip for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional materials, social media posts, and website content.
• Scanner Radio is not responsible for the accuracy or content of any clip created or shared by users.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your clips and any associated descriptions or titles.
• The titles and descriptions of clips do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Scanner Radio or its employees.
• The titles and descriptions of clips must accurately describe the audio within the clip.
• The titles and descriptions of clips must not include any hateful speech, offensive language, promotional material, spam or low effort/low quality descriptions.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to edit, remove, or modify any clip or associated title or description at its sole discretion and without notice to the user.
• Scanner Radio may remove any clip that violates these terms of use or for any other reason deemed necessary by Scanner Radio.
• Scanner Radio does not guarantee that clips will be available or accessible at all times and is not responsible for any loss of clips or associated data.
• The clips feature is meant to provide other Scanner Radio users with useful or entertaining clips. Using the clips feature to excessively create audio archives for yourself or others is strictly forbidden.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to ban user accounts that misuse the clips feature or violate these terms of use.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to prevent users' clips from appearing in the clips tab if we deem their clips to be of low quality.
• Scanner Radio reserves the right to modify or discontinue the clips feature at any time and without notice.
• Users are solely responsible for their use of the clips feature and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Circumventing account bans is a violation of the terms and will result in a ban on any new account.

Usage

By using Scanner Radio, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the usage of police scanners. Scanner Radio assumes no liability for any misuse by users.

Our Service contains feeds that are not owned or controlled by GordonEdwards.net LLC.

Our service delivers advertising banners and interstitial views that are not owned or controlled by GordonEdwards.net LLC.

GordonEdwards.net LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that GordonEdwards.net LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
